PROJECT: BAY WINDOW TRIM & SIDING REPLACEMENT (MAY, 2008)

  • It was 2 days job (May 27 & 28, 2008).

  • Removed old cedar trim & siding (rot).

  • Replaced with Hardie fiber cement trim & siding

  • Painting (Home owner provided paint.)

  • Insulated with foam and sealed completely with the best quality caulk(55 years).

  • Total material & labor: $ 1,280.00

 

 

PROJECT: EXTERIOR SIDING REPLACEMENT (FEB. 2008)

  • Started on 2/18/08 and to be finished by 2/29/08(10 working days).

  • Location: White Rock Lake area, Dallas

  • Scope of Works: Replace all siding with Cement Fiberboard and repair the damaged framing & sheathing

  • Siding, sheathing & framing damaged by termite and water.

  • Old siding material was composite.

PROJECT: EXTERIOR CARPENTRY REPAIR & PAINTING (JANUARY, 2007)

  • Name of Project: Greentree Apartments, Jupiter Rd. Garland, TX

  • Started on 1/22/07

  • Scope of Works: Exterior Carpentry Repairs & Painting

  • 200 Units(17 buildings)

  • This project was completed on Aug. 02, 2007

 

 

 

 PROJECT: EXTERIOR CARPENTRY REPAIR (SEPTEMBER, 2006)

  1. Name of Project: Charleston Square/4121 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX

  2. Started on 9/11/2006   

  3. Scope of Works: Exterior Carpentry Repair

  4. 54 Units of 3 Story Condominiums

  5. This project was completed on Nov.22, 2006

 

PROJECT: WALL PANELING & BOOKCASE(12/2005 & 01/2006)

  1. Site Location: Dallas, TX

  2. Job Description: Wall Paneling Over Brick Wall(14'H) & Bookcase(14'W x 11'H)

  3. This job has been completed on 1/17/06.
